GULAI KEPAlA IKAN
Have you been to Indonesia?if you have already goes to Indonesia you will find this dishes at Padang Restaurant,this is the main menu.
And now i will tell you how to cook this,read carefully… Ok 🙂
1 pc fish head,slice into 2 part(Remove the gills)~ 1 buah kepala ikan dibelah menjadi 2 dan buang insangnya.
Seasoning :
7 pc onion (bawang merah)
2 pc garlic(bawang putih)
10 pc Cayenne pepper (cabe rawit)
3 pc hazelnut (kemiri)
2 teaspoon Coriander (ketumbar)
1 teaspoon pepper (merica)
1 teaspoon sugar(gula)
3/4 spoon salt (garam)
2 pc bay leaf (daun salam)
1 pc lemongrass (sereh digeprek)
2cm Galangal (lengkuas)
2cm turmeric (kunyit)
2 pc asam kandis
1,5 ltr coconut milk from 1 pc coconut (1,5 ltr santan dari 1 butir kelapa)
Ways of making :
1.Blend onion,garlic,coriander,hazelnut,cayenne pepper,pepper,turmeric milled until smooth.
2.Cook the coconut milk with bay leaf,lemongrass,galangal,asam kandis until warm,then put the blended seasoning,stir until boiling.
3.Put the fish head into it,then add salt,sugar,stir until boiling for about 10 minute.
And… Ready to serve and eat,if you want this gulai kepala ikan more spicy,you can add more cayenne pepper.
